CANCELLATION & REFUND

REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, or a Purchase Order (PO) / Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued, the order shall be treated as final and non-cancellable. The customer shall have no right to cancel the order under any circumstances. In the event the customer does not wish to proceed with the originally ordered machine, the customer may opt to replace it with another machine of the same value or a higher value, subject to availability and company approval. No refunds shall be provided.
